We just concluded a wonderful retreat in Oceanside with 34 pastors.  We had a wonderful blend of seniors, associates, church planters, missionaries, academicians, and EM pastors of immigrant churches.  Some came from as far away as Australia, Africa, Atlanta, Plano and Sacramento.  

We spent time learning about being good leaders with ourselves, at our homes, and in our churches.  This time of mutual learning and fellowship was invaluable.  I know everyone left encouraged and recharged to tackle the burden of leadership.  I am proud of our Crossway church family for partnering and sponsoring such a kingdom minded work like this.  I know that the church of Jesus Christ is moving and growing these leaders such as these.
